Refund policy

Returns are accepted for any reason, even if you change your mind.  Due to this generous return policy, I must ask that you cover return shipping costs.  Exception: digital downloads are not eligible for return or refund.

There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, suitable for resale. 

To start a return, you can contact galleryj9@gmail.com.  You will receive instructions on where to send your package.  Please be sure to use the correct return shipping address provided, as I am unable to refund orders returned to an incorrect address.  I can provide a paid return shipping label, however I the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if there is a print defect, if it is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can arrange for replacement.  You must provide photos that show the damage AND photos of the packaging, even if the packaging is not damaged.  These are required for filing an insurance claim.  You may also need to present the items for inspection, so please keep them until your refund has been issued.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized orders cannot be returned since they have been modified to suit your individual taste.  Digital downloads are not eligible for refund since they cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, suitable for resale.


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
